Exchange and Returns

We take every effort to ensure quality of the products we sell along with secure packaging of your order. We carefully audit each product in your order prior to shipping it to you. 
At this time we do not offer exchanges.
In case you wish to return all or part of your order, the process must be initiated within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. We do not offer prepaid shipping labels. You can choose deliver carrier according to your preferences.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the product seal is unbroken and the item is unused and is in its original packaging.

To return your order, please follow the steps below.

1 Email us within 14 days after receiving your order at orders@herb4.us to initiate return process, stating the reason for return. 
2 Carefully and securely pack all products into original packaging.
3 Ship to our warehouse within 14 days from contacting us about your return.
4Email us the tracking number of your parcel.
5 Your refund will be processed within 10 days from the day we receive your return. It may take additional time for your bank to process the refund and add to your account.
