Order Processing Time

We work every day and process majority of orders within 48 hours. Sometimes, especially during busy seasons and/or around holidays, processing time can take additional additional 1-3 business days.

Shipping

We ship to majority of countries and offer affordable options. Available shipping options and charges depend on delivery location and will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

Domestic (U.S.) shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (ave. 7-9 business days)

• Shipping is FREE for orders of $100 or more (standard shipping);
• Shipping charge of $10 will be automatically added to orders less than $100.

Domestic (U.S.) shipping USPS Priority Mail (ave. 3-5 business days)

• Shipping charge is $25 regardless of order total.

International shipping (ave. 1-2 weeks)

• Shipping charge to majority of countries outside of the U.S. is flat at $65.

Please be aware that occasionally, Customs authorities in your country may opt to hold certain packages, potentially causing a delay in delivery of 1-4 weeks. Unfortunately, this is beyond our influence. While we strive to dispatch your package promptly and provide an accurate estimated shipping duration, we cannot provide shipping reimbursements for orders arriving outside the estimated timeframe. International orders cannot be dispatched to a P.O. Box. If a P.O. Box is indicated as the address during checkout, the order will be voided before shipment, and no charges will be applied. We cannot assume responsibility for Customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, value added tax (VAT), GST, or PST levied by your country. These charges are not incorporated into your order total during checkout and are solely the recipient's responsibility. Please contact your country's Customs department to inquire about fees due upon delivery. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for undeliverable or rejected shipments. For further details on customs and duty fees, kindly reach out to your local customs office.

Restrictions

We currently do not ship to North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk, and any other areas under sanctions of the United States.
